II. Working Principle and Structural Features
1. Working Principle
Place different packaged items on the conveyor belt of the labeling machine. The conveyor belt drives the bottles into the bottle-separating area; as the conveying mechanism moves continuously, once the optical fiber detects a bottle, it transmits a photoelectric signal to the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). After processing the signal, the PLC sends an output signal to the stepping motor, which dispenses the label. The label is then attached to the bottle via a rolling mechanism, and the labeled items are conveyed by the machine’s conveyor belt to the next process or container.
2. Structural Features
The main machine is driven by a stepping motor and equipped with imported original components, including a FATEK (Taiwan) PLC control system, a Kunlun Tongtai touch-type human-machine interface, and Keyence (Japan) optical fiber devices. Integrating a variety of leading technologies, it has become one of the products with technological advantages in the industry.
With microcomputer automatic control, a user-friendly touchscreen human-machine interface, and an exquisite mechanical structure, it enables simple operation and powerful functions: it can realize label quantity setting, downward counting, printing control, labeling control, as well as automatic detection and alarm for abnormal situations such as label breakage, missing labels, and no ribbon.
It also has functions including real-time production capacity display, label quantity management, label tightness adjustment, label length and gap adjustment, and main machine height and front-rear position adjustment. An optional ribbon coding machine is available, and the sensitivity of the photoelectric tubes for labeling and label detection can be adjusted.
