I. Overview
The type three-head self-adhesive labeling machine is specially designed and manufactured in accordance with the principles and technical requirements of automatic labeling. The HC-SMT type three-head self-adhesive labeling machine can automatically attach labels to the designated positions of bottles and count the output. When there is a lack of bottles, the control system ensures that no labels are fed, effectively preventing label waste. In addition, the labeling speed can be infinitely adjusted according to the production characteristics of different factories, ensuring that the machine can be used independently or in line with other machines. The label pressing component enables bottles with uneven surfaces to achieve a satisfactory labeling effect.

III. Equipment Description
- Unwinding Mechanism: Used to place the self-adhesive label roll, equipped with a tension adjustment device that can stably control the unwinding speed of the label roll to avoid label wrinkling or breaking.
- Traction Mechanism: Composed of a traction motor, traction rollers, etc., it is responsible for pulling labels out of the roll material and cooperating with the label peeling mechanism to complete label peeling.
- Label Peeling Mechanism: Its core component is the label peeling plate. Through the direction change of the label tape, the label is separated from the base paper, facilitating subsequent labeling.
- Conveying Mechanism: Includes a conveyor belt, a conveying motor, and positioning devices (pressing mechanism, bottle dividing wheel). It is used to convey products to be labeled to the labeling position stably and orderly, ensuring accurate product positioning.
- Labeling Mechanism: Consists of a labeling wheel, a label pressing wheel, etc. When the product reaches the designated position, the labeling wheel attaches the peeled label to the product surface, and the label pressing wheel further compacts the label to ensure firm adhesion without air bubbles.
- Control System: Adopts a PLC controller + touch screen operation. It can set parameters such as labeling speed and labeling position, and also has functions such as no-labeling when there is no bottle.
