The bottle mouth film-sealing leveling and cutting machine is a post-processing device connected to the heat-sealing machine in the honey production line. It adopts an integrated process of "heating leveling + cutting" to solve common problems of film edge wrinkles and uneven dimensions after heat-sealing: first, constant-temperature pressure rollers smooth out film-sealing wrinkles, and then a high-speed rotating knife set accurately cuts off excess film edges (cutting accuracy ±0.2mm), ensuring that the neatness of the bottle mouth film-sealing edge is ≥99%. This improves the consistency of product appearance and prevents excess film edges from falling off and causing contamination during subsequent labeling and carton packing. The equipment is suitable for 100g-1000g glass/PET/PP honey bottles, seamlessly connecting with heat-sealing machines and labeling machines, and complying with food production hygiene standards.

The bottle mouth film sealing machine is a device that seals honey bottles by "direct contact between the heating module and the sealing film". It adopts constant-temperature hot pressing or pulse heat sealing technology to fuse food-grade sealing films (such as PE and PET composite films) with the surface of the bottle mouth, forming a tight sealing layer. The sealing strength is ≥2.5N/15mm and the leakage rate is ＜0.2%, which can effectively prevent honey from getting damp, being contaminated, and leaking during transportation.
The machine is suitable for 100g-1000g honey bottles made of glass, PET, and PP. It is often used as a sealing device in small and medium-sized honey production lines, or combined with filling machines and labeling machines to form a simple automated process.
