The air-blow bottle washer is a key pre-process equipment in the fully automatic honey filling production line. Specially designed for honey bottles made of materials such as glass and PET, it adopts air-blow cleaning to remove dust and foreign matter from the inner wall of empty bottles using food-grade compressed air. This provides a clean and dry container environment for the filling of high-viscosity honey, ensuring product hygiene and safety.

Equipment ProcessIt uses elastic high-strength mechanical arms to grip bottles, and realizes fully automated production through processes such as bottle flipping, rinsing, bottle flushing, resetting, and touch screen operation.

Bottle Conveying UnitIt includes a conveyor belt and bottle positioning fixtures to ensure bottles are conveyed upright and aligned with the air-blow station, adapting to bottle sizes of 100g-1000g.

Air-Blow Cleaning UnitComposed of special long air nozzles for the inner wall, pressure regulating valves, and filters. The height and angle of the air nozzles can be adjusted according to bottle types.

Detection and Control UnitEquipped with photoelectric sensors (to detect bottle feeding status), a touch screen (for parameter setting), and an alarm device (triggered when bottles are missing or air pressure is abnormal).
